Terms And Conditions

1. STUDIO POLICIES

  • Session fees, digital and product orders are non-refundable.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Sessions that are rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $50 fee.

  • Sessions are only considered final and confirmed once the session fee is paid in full, and the contract and signed and submitted.

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time.

  • All decision-makers in the home must attend the Planning Session, Photography Session, and the Photo Reveal and Design Session.

  • All digital images will be backed up and stored for up to 6 months after the Photography Session, or 3 months after the final artwork is delivered (whichever comes first). At this time, the digital images will be deleted.

  • Sam Coral Photography reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

     

2. HEALTH & SAFETY

PET SAFETY

  • Unless the Session is taking place in an isolated and fully-enclosed area away, it is recommended that pets remain on-leash for safety reasons. If a Client decides to remove their pets’ leash, the Client is responsible for any consequences of doing so.

  • Sam Coral Photography will not put pets in any risky locations or positions and will strive to ensure the pet’s safety and comfort at all times. However, it is the Client’s responsibility to recognize discomfort in their pet, consider the inherent risk of photography and the environment at the session location to ensure the safety and comfort of their pet. 

ILLNESS

  • If a participant (including Sam Coral Photography) is actively experiencing symptoms of any communicable illness that might be transmitted at a meeting or photo session they must contact me to reschedule. 

3. GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Gift Certificates cannot be partially or fully redeemed for cash.

  • Gift Certificates cannot be split between people or sessions, and are only valid for one photo shoot.

  • Gift Certificates are subject to session times and availability.

  • Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of use.

  • Gift Certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen without receipt.

  • If a Gift Certificate is received as a special offer/runner-up offer/runner-up prize, a $50 deposit is required to book a portrait session. This deposit transforms into a product credit to be used toward Wall Art/Albums/Prints at the Photo Reveal & Ordering Appointment.

4. TO ENTER ANY CONTEST / GIVEAWAY / COMPETITION

  • You must submit the online entry form and comply with all stipulated requirements in order to be entered. 

  • Sam Coral Photography reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Sam Coral Photography.

  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.  The prizes are not transferable.

  • The competition is only open to residents of Canada aged 18 years and over.

  • Selected entrants must reside in the Saguenay area, or otherwise be able to present themselves in-person in Saguenay to participate in a photo session.

  • Only one entry per person will be accepted.  Winner will be chosen randomly.

  • No purchase necessary to enter the contest. No purchase necessary for the winner of the grand prize to redeem their prize. If entrants opt-in for a chance to receive a runner-up offer/prize and they receive one, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to redeem this secondary offer/prize. The deposit transforms into a product credit to be used toward Wall Art/Albums/Prints at the Photo Reveal & Ordering Appointment.

  • The winner will be notified by email about the prize.  If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and randomly select a replacement winner.

  • Sam Coral Photography’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The winner agrees to the use of their name in the announcement of winner on social media.  Any personal data relating to the winner and other entrants will be not be disclosed to a third party, unless the competition is a joint endeavour with another local business and otherwise indicated on the online entry form.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with Facebook or Instagram.  You are providing your information to Sam Coral Photography.

  • The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or prize.

  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

  • Sam Coral Photography respects and protects your privacy. Your personal information will not be shared unless otherwise stated.

  • Sam Coral Photography may collaborate with other businesses on promotions or giveaways. One of the conditions to participate may require participants to allow all participating businesses to contact participants. This will be outlined on the online entry/sign-up form.
